Ruffle Affair

My sister has a ruffle affair.  I love to encourage this affair by providing her + her daughter with ruffles.

With an extended family photo shoot coming up, I *had* to make her a color coordinated ruffle dress.

Since life has been a little crazy since my sister's birthday in November (and I haven't seen her since then) I promised her a ruffle bag when we visited together in February.  Did I mention she also has a love affair with pastels?
