The result:
This was taken pre-bow -destruction during a slight hiatus in time out, which by the way, I've discovered a very safe, relatively soundproof time out spot that has worked wonders...for my nerves. Who knows if it's making any difference in her behavior. At least I'm not losing my mind during her 5-10-15...etc. minutes of screaming. I'm definitely beginning to understand why my mom "forgot" to get me out of my room during some time outs as a child. Oh mom how my respect for you grows daily.
