Thursday we (Mom, Aunt Nancy, Debi, Sherri’s lovely daughter Alexandra, Ivory & myself—basically us girls) took my beautiful, oldest sister, Sherri, to lunch for an early birthday celebration while Grandpa & Carter chilled at the house together for some good guy time. We ate at a lovely tea room & Ivory acted like a perfect lady…except when she picked her nose and pointed across the table to her cousin, Ally. Otherwise, I couldn’t have been prouder of my littler girl. We had a wonderful meal that I only wish had included some photo-taking.
When we came home Debi & I crashed with a much needed nap. Then Sherri & her girls joined us for a delicious Mexican meal courtesy of my magnificent mother. I laughed so hard watching Ivory & Bella (age 6) play together and schemed for a while in my head about how to convince Sherri to let me take Bella home for a while as she is quite the toddler entertainer.
