Christmas Cookies

Some of the teenage girls in our youth group came over to bake for Christmas. We had such fun! We made some to eat, some to take home, and some to give the youth workers as a thank you for all they do. Here are some of the delicious results. Chocolate covered pretzels and buckeyes (taste like Reeses!).

The sweetest part of it all is what Jason did after it was over. I had worked all day and then had the girls over and so after dinner Ivory and I passed out in the recliner. While we took an hour nap Jason finished washing the crazy amount of dishes we didn't get to, cleaned the kitchen, and swept the entire house. What a sweetheart! Man, did I marry good or what?!
