Children's Sunday

This may be my favorite Sunday each year...especially now that my two are singing with the preschoolers.  Ivory sings her heart out and does the motions with great expression.  Micah does amazing...in practice.  Then, when the crowd comes he freezes.  And makes crazy facial expressions, and adorable, hilarious faces.  Love our church kids + their great leaders.

Sunday Afternoon

Outside play between services. Sunday evening notes:
Oh, how I need work on this.  Even as I read these notes again I feel pangs of guilt for my harsh tone when reprimanding Ivory.  It wasn't just for discipline purposes, it was because of my frustration and anger.  I can justify it all I want, but my attitude amounts to sin.  And my kids see this.  Looks like another apology will be coming her way.  May Christ's love be more evident in me as I interact with my family.
